What is Pilatatis?

Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. Originally created by Joseph Pilates, he named it “contrology” which he defined as “complete coordination of the body, mind, and spirit”.


This is a customizable workout system that is based in the foundation of Pilates, but targets overall wellness such as breath, creativity, mindfulness, fitness etc…We also do exercises within a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) structure, so that you get some cardio in as well.

What is HIIT?

HIIT is a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. Times may vary depending on client level or ability.
